I purchased TimeReporter for Timeslips last summer directly from Timeslips (it may have been Iambic) by telephone. I used the software for a short period and then no longer needed it. Since that time I have changed devices, changed computers and OS and changed my ISP. I cannot remember the first part of my old email address. I have my Timereporter disc. How do I go about re-regestering and obtaining an unlock code and my license number. Without my old email address, your on-line support will not allow a "lost code" search. Please help. Thank you.

Hello,
if the email address we had on record for you has become obsolete you can update it automatically by using the following form:
http://my.iambic.com/ChangeEmailAddr.asp
and then request the license for TimeReporter for TimeSlips to be sent to your new email address by clicking on the following link:
http://my.iambic.com/CodeFinder.asp
If you are not within our records then please send an email to sales@iambic.com along with some proof of purchase of the product, so that we can register you as a new customer and issue a new license.
