HeIIo,
After to have tried every PIM on P900 and Palm, Agendus seems to be my last choice.
But, I would know if these suggestions are realistic for the next three monthes.
A) Tasks
1- Filter the tasks between two dates
2- The possibility to group the tasks by category and by a field (like with the contacts of Agendus 8.0)
3- Add a field for the state of the task (Not started, In ptogress, Completed, Waiting on someone, Deferred).
4- Add a field for the name of the project related to the task.
5- Add a field for the location, with an other one for the mileage.
6- Add a field for the worked time on the task.
7- Add the possibility to link a task to an Appointment.
8- Add the possibility to check or uncheck a task with the jog\dial
9- Please add a direct access to the associated note with one click.
10- Please use different task text colours in function of the status.
11- Add a filter by status, in the Task preferences.
12- For each task please, add a small sheet view with a link to an Excel file or to a Database similar to Contacts but for products (name, category, price, cost, max discount, datasheet, its competitors prices...). The sheet should have a link to a product with a price, a quantity, a discount, a total, a tick for moneyback. The head of each column should have the sum of the column values.
13- Add the possibility to duplicate, delete or send a category and all its data, with a filter between two dates.
14- Could we get a new task view with the calculation of the the worked time, the total mileage, the total biling info ? With the possibility to filter the tasks by category and between two dates. The best should be to have a chart with a choice of scale by day, week, month or year.
B) Contacts
1- The possibility to group the contacts by category and by a field (like with the contacts of Agendus 8.0)
2- For a contact in the adressbook, add an history view with a filter by Calendar, Task, Email, Notes, phone call and a filter by Category.
3- In the history, you could add a calculation of the spent time, mileage, sales prices.
C) Calendar
1- Could you add the same drawing as Agendus 8.0, to select the start and end time of an appointment.
2- In the calendar month view or week view, please add the possibility to drag and drop an appointment to another day and time.
3- The best think should be to ask if we want to move all the next appointments of a same category, when we change the time or the date of a Task or an Appointment.
4- Please add a list view with colours for the state of the appointment (Free, Tentative, Busy, Out of Office).
D) General
1- A better use of the Jog/Dial and ore speed between calendar views.
2- Finally, add :
10 global alarms for the Autolog, to inform when the car need an overhaul at 20000km, 40000km...
10 global alarms for the expense entry, to define a cost limit by category or by poject.
3- Please add the possibility to insert in each text field, a multiple text from a database, or templates.
