New installation not accepting Configuration Code

I am trying to help a client install Time Reporter for Timeslips. We install the software and at the Palm it asks for the code. I type in the code and it tells me I have entered the wrong code. There are no zero to confuse with o's and there is an i and it is definately an i. What am I doing wrong?

The newer versions of TimeReporter for TimeSlips use a license scheme that involves a Certificate and an Unlock Code. The Certificate is a proof of purchase which you use to generate an Unlock Code for your device.

Entering a Certificate in place of an Unlock Code will cause this type of error. You can generate an Unlock Code for your device through http://my.iambic.com/ You'll need to log in to your account and fill in the forms to complete your registration.
