Hi,

Earlier in the week I reported a problem with the later versions of AgendusPro V8 * Mail 4-510. Did receive a nice autoreply message.
Since Thursday I've been able to correct most of the problems and have learned a few more things which may be of importance to correct the initial problem.

There is no way to give any feedback which would help to resolve the situation quicker.
Or in worse case, should I have corrected the problem I can't inform you and you may be wasting your valuable time.

Just a thought

thank you for your feedback and suggestions. I'm glad you have been able to address the problem.

Regarding the tracking # you mention, it's provided via email if you submit a ticket via the web based ticketing system, if you submit the regular "contact us" form then at the moment we don't have tracking capabilities for that. We'll work on adding tracking # in one of the next website updates.
