Setting Default Priority for new "To Do" items

Currently, the default entry for the priority of every "to do" item that I create is "1". I would like priority option to default to "3". How/where would I set this?

I have added your suggestion to our Feature Request database so that our developers will be able to work on implementing that functionality in a future release of Action Names Datebook.

Let me just add my vote for this feature; it would dramatically enhance the usefulness of the priority setting.
