Like several of the contributors so far, I am a regular user of SW, but have noticed how few improvements have been made to it over the past 2-3 years.
The product itself is great.
Iambic - are you planning to continue with product development for Sales Warrior? If so, what do you have planned? Will this include a desktop version/synchronising abilities to Excel?
If not, why not?

Getting iambic to discuss the future of SW in any way has been useless. They have one of the best sales tools for handhelds. I have been using it for years, it works pretty much the same as it did when I first purchased it, just a few minor improvements and tweeks over the years.
It would be nice to see a roadmap for this product or is it doomed to the same fate as "iambic office".

Just recently registered SW but do not use it exactly as intended - just for its invoice/quote generating capabilities. There are a few thiings that could change to better suite my use of it and have sent a wish list to iambic. They politely replied that it would be considered but without any idea of a time frame. I can't remember where I saw this if it was on the iambic site or otherwise when searching the web but there was a thread of an online meeting recorded amongst iambic higher-ups which concerned various projects. It mostly dealt with Agendus but just as an aside near the close it was definitely stated that SW would NOT be considered for an upgrade any time soon. Economics speaks and the development goes to the area making the most sales.

If that's what you heard, why don't they just tell us that this product is at the end of it's development? Or even better, merge it into Agendus; where it belongs anyway, or even sell the rights to someone who will take it further? With Palm Cobalt due out this fall, I guess SW is doomed to fall by the wayside. What a shame.
iambic, were waiting....
