I, too, cannot load or update my spreadsheets. I have a Visor Prism that I bought in January 2002. My desktop is a Gateway 933 Pentium 4 running Windows Me.
I upgraded my Palm desktop to 4.0.1. I uninstalled TinySheet4 and reinstalled with the ver 4.11 download. It installed onto the PDA successfully.
I can see my .xls files on the desktop and select them for synchronization. I deleted to old copies off the PDA. I have the update manager set for the desktop copy to override the handheld.
I run HotSync, but nothing happens for TinySheet or the .xls files.
What to do?
