I have Timeslips 10.5. I purchased Time Reporter for Timeslips. I have a Palm IIIe.
I installed my Time Reporter for Timeslips, but there is no icon on my Palm. What do I need to do?

First determine whether the application is really on your handheld or not: Exit any applications you're running on the Palm, then tap in the upper right corner and select All. Scroll down until you find the icon named TR4TS. This is the TimeReporter application.
If not present, you may just need to HotSync to install it. Perform a HotSync then do the above check again to see if it's installed.
If still not present, go into C:\Program Files\iambic Software\TimeReporter for Timeslips and double click on TR4TS.prc to place in the Palm install tool. Then HotSync to install to the Palm.

Still not present. When I double click on TR4TS.prc it says "Install Tool 3.0: Select a user and click OK." I click OK. It says, File TR4TS.prc already exists in Tom's download Directory." Then it says,
"Files listed below will be installed on your handheld the next time you perform a HotSync operation," however there are no files listed and it is not in the Add-on directory.
What now?

It sounds like there's something wrong with your Sync Manager. You may want to try upgrading to v4.0 available here from Palm:

THANK YOU for getting me this far. What you had me do worked like a charm to get it on my Palm. Now, however, I receive an error messsage when I clicked on the icon on my Palm and tried to put in the configuration code given me. States: "Error: Sorry, a problem has ocurred [sic]: License is required."
Please send me a configuration code at tbromell@yahoo.com or let me know who to contact or what to send to prove my purchase of the software.
