I purchased this software direct from Timeslips. On the back of the jewel case is a configuartion code starting with the letter "C". When I try to activate the program on my palm pilot it immediately asks for the lic. no. When I input this config. code it errors and requests the correct lic. What do I do?

The problem is that Best Software, the makers of TimeSlips, is distributing an older version of the TimeReporter software along with a newer (and incompatable) license. We're working with Best to get this problem resolved. In the meantime please upgrade the Palm software and then send an email to support@iambic.com including your device id (available within the program) so I can generate an unlock code for you:

Upgrade Instructions:
1. Sync your Palm with your desktop PC.
2. Delete the following applications from your handheld if found: TimeReporter (TR4TS), ExpenseDirector (XpnsDrct) module, and ExpenseDB-IAMBIC.
3. Use the Windows control panel Add/Remove Programs application to delete iambic TimeReporter for Timeslips from your desktop.
4. Download and run the install file:

5. HotSync to install the new TR4TS application.
6. Open TR4TS and enter your Timeslips nickname.
7. Open the menu and tap Options>About>Purchasing>Enter Code to enter your unlock code.
