Private records

EasyNotes ignores security settings for private records.
It always show records regardless of privacy settings (show/mask/hide).
More over, EasyNotes resets private flag when private record was changed.

I'm finding the opposite problem in EN 2.01. I created a new private note using Memo, and no matter which security setting I use in EasyNotes I can't get it to show. Memo shows 619 recordes, but EasyNotes shows only 618.

Will see if the QA types can track this down further.
