Gave palm to another employee

I bought a Palm and TimeReporter for Timeslips. Registered and installed OK.

I now want to give the Palm to a new employee.

THe Palm was reset and now has a new device ID.

When we attempt to enter the unlock code for TimeReporter, it says "This License is for a different user."

Is there a way to delete the association between a TimeReporter license and a Palm User?????

If the device has changed, you will need to get a new unlock code for your iambic application.

Once you have installed the program on your new handheld, visit
http://my.iambic.com/ndev

and follow the instructions to obtain a new Unlock Code.

When we go to the screen to get a new unlock code, the new employee needs to create a new account.

In order to create a new account, the employee must enter the Product ID of Timereporter. When he enters the product ID, the message says "Product is already licensed."

If I log in as me and try to re-register the same software with the new Palm ID, I get an error message "The code specified in the Certificate field is already present within your products, you don't need to register it again."
