I'm glad to announce that we have just released an improved version of our support website at http://support.iambic.com
Some of the new features iambic customers will enjoy when contacting our Technical Support Dept. are listed below.
- Improved knowledge base search capabilities
- After submitting a ticket an email is sent to the user as acknowledgement, the message also contains a link useful to check online the status of the ticket
- The user can manage his / her own tickets by adding comments and attachments, as well as closing or deleting them
- The "submit new ticket" section now refines the issue by requiring some platform specific information (device model, memory amount, etc.) that will let us better and faster pinpoint the cause of the problem
The improved support website may now be used as a valid replacement of email based communications, in the effort to minimize our response time and better serve our customers.
As a reminder, all iambic customers can take advantage of the technical support website. The login information may be obtained at http://my.iambic.com/passwordfinder.asp
