Hi!
I like the idea of these new forums, but they are not very active yet. One thing that might increase traffic is to have this be the natural place where users can meet and discuss product issues directly with the iambic staff. User to user discussions are carried out over at Yahoogroups and other lists, so for this forum to be worth our time, we would expect more than discussing with other users.
So - where are you guys? I expected to see product managers, programmers and tech support people here. I understand you probably all have busy schedules, but setting up a forum like this involves a bit more than just the investment in equipment.
As you said in the welcome message: "Customer satisfaction is our primary goal". I hope you are planning on backing that statement with some actual involvement in discussions here.
