Logging a support request

Please make it very clear *on the page for logging a support request* that you can only do this if you are a registered customer... I just filled in the whole form, hit Submit and only then realised I couldn't go ahead. What's worse is that you prevent caching of form input, so I also lost the text I had typed. See http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Codev/BackFromPreviewLosesText for the details of HTTP headers you should set to allow caching of form input (i.e. to allow the Back button to work correctly.)
