Timereporter License

I just purchased the Timereporter for Timeslips. I've installed the product but when I go to my palm and try to run it, it prompts for a license code. I purchsed from palm and I only have a configuration code, which doesn't work.

I need to register with Iambic, but I'm unable to get to the program to get my device ID.

It is possible that you have an older version of the application installed on your device. Instructions for installing the most recent version are as follows:

1. Sync your Palm with your desktop PC.
2. Delete the following applications from your handheld if found: TimeReporter (TR4TS), ExpenseDirector (XpnsDrct) module, and ExpenseDB-IAMBIC.
3. Use the Windows control panel Add/Remove Programs application to delete iambic TimeReporter for Timeslips from your desktop.
4. Download and run the install file:

5. HotSync to install the new TR4TS application.
6. Open TR4TS and enter your Timeslips nickname.
7. Open the menu and tap Options>About>Purchasing>Enter Code to enter your unlock code.

Once you get to step 7 you should see a device id. Send this device id to support@iambic and I'll be able to generate the proper unlock code for your device.
