When following the registration instructions emailed to me after purchasing ANames earlier this morning, I get as far as;

'Step 7. Register and Unlock ActionNames, click on the following link and follow the on-screen instructions to enter your Device ID and receive your unlock code.'

Following the www link, I enter my details and submit but the server either looses the connection or I am now greeted with the error;

'The product you selected is within your records but there are no codes bound to it, please contact support for additional help'

As I cannot register, I am unable to contact support directly and have ended up logging my call here although I have just purchased the application…

Assistance Requested...help me please.

It's been quite frustrating as I can't register to then get any direct help.

PS: Could it be that my repeated attempts at registering have locked out the process?

I raised this on July 3rd and I'm still awaiting for a response.

I've managed to register the product now however my registration details appear to be stuffed. I've requested the password finder numerous times and although it indicates an email has been sent they haven't arrived. They don't appear to have been blocked either. Help...
