What about pictures on contacts like the native Datebook of the Clié? Wouldnt you like that?

Or atleast use one of the 4 Custom fields to alter the 'contact name' default to Buddy names. I know this could be a problem for other conduits, but it can be an option for those who use AND almost exclusively on Palm.

It's a pain when u are accessing customer names, and typically these take most of the whole ToDo line :D (esp Indian ones, like mine)! Couldn't we just use a short name instead ?

I like the Pic idea above, but maybe u hv problems with built-in databases, but the Multi-contact for meetings would be a swell improvement!
