Is there a place on this forum just for listing/finding tips, tricks and workarounds for known issues?

• A place for Read-Me-First type posts, a kind of heads up on known issues, so you don't have to wade through post after post of questions and problem reports before you come across to the simple solution that would have saved you four days of headaches?

Example: Delete Key Bug/Outlook Freezes:
Some users report Outlook freezes when pressing delete key in editing dialog.
We are working on this known issues and a solution is being developed for next release. Temporary Workaround: Use Backspace key instead.

• A place for suggested uses of Agendus: tips and tricks?
There's plenty of space for and posts on problems and questions and things we wish Agendus did. It'd be nice to have some space for discussing how it's working. Users could post tips and tricks they've discovered and workarounds they've found. :)

Maybe there's a space for this, but it's not clear where to find or make these posts.

There used to be a Tips and Tricks, but not any longer. There is a Bugs forum for Serious Issues & Minor Inconveniences. Then there is one called Everything Else.

Here is a link to an example in the Palm OS forum. (http://support.iambic.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=6)

Hi,

the place where to share tips and tricks, general discussions about the product, or anything else that doesn't fall in the topic specific forums is the forum called "Everything Else".

It used to be "Tips & Tricks" but we realized that a broader term was necessary in order to better cover all aspects not touched by the othyer forums.
