Hi,
new build (258) of the PalmOS application now available.
- Improved attachment upload speed, solved the "read error" occurring sometime when sending messages with attachment.
- Other misc. bug fixes.
New conduit (build 65) is available.
- Fixed some synchronization issue
Attached to this message the PalmOs application, also downloadable, with conduit and full installer, at:

The first two of these are reposts from build 64, which I just tried with build 65.
1. When I try to send a message, I get a strange error directing me to a Web site I haven't heard of ( http://pobox.com/~djb/docs/smtplf.html ). When I get there, I find a document referring to bare LF's (ASCII Line Feeds) in the outgoing message.
2. When I run the app on my HandEra 330, there are some screen writing problems which, very strangely, affect the bottom left of the screen. I wish I could be more specific, but the text is simply garbled in this area and nowhere else on the screen.
3. Is there any way to have the client look for messages which have been deleted from the server and remove those from the local list on the handheld, as well?

Adding to a post that has not been approved yet: The HandEra display bug (Garbled text or nothing at all toward the bottom left of the screen) is only on auto-preview. When I switch that option off, the subject lines display just fine. Also, it doesn't affect the buttons, just the e-mails being displayed.
I'd also like to request that the font size be dropped a bit, so I can see a few more e-mails in one screenful.

Thanks for bringing these issues to our attention, we are looking into them.
Regarding font sizes, the display font can be selected in Menu | Options | Font.

Glad I could help. Thanks for looking at them.
Regarding font sizes, I was looking fora smaller font than is available currently. I already have the smallest setting selected.

Hello Scott,
We are unable to duplicate the bare line feed problem you reported. The sending code of iambic Mail does not send any bare LF.
Could you give us some some more hint on how to reproduce the error? What message were you sending? Does it happen all the times on only with a very specific message?
You may also send the sample to qa@iambic.com
Thanks for your help :),

So far, it has happened with every message I have tried to send. I am working with a Yahoo Mail account. I will try it out further tomorrow, and once I reproduce the problem again, I will send you a copy of the message.

I tried it out again this morning. I deleted the other messaes I had been trying to send and tried with two new ones. I received the same message, halted due to error 451. The server still seems to insist that it is seeing bare LF's.
