Agendus (new version)- help

Quick questions re the latest version (Agendus):-

When I enter contacts the name list is hi-res+ however the individual contact (name) screen is only hi-res and I cannot make it hi-res+

The split agenda (day view) splits the 2 in the MIDDLE. With the previous version I could choose where I want the split to be on the screen- now when I go back into the day view it always defaults to the MIDDLE split.

How do I get 'block mode'?

1. viewing a contact card is not currently enabled to hide the graffiti area only the main views are. This will be noted as a feature request

2. thanks for bringing this to our attention, the split bar is re-centering itself on High Res+ devices

3. the block mode is a mode of the week view, tap on the 7 day view then from the picker in the lower right corner of the screen select "Block"

1. This worked fine in the previous version but has dissapeared in this version. Have just reloaded the version before and it's fine (hi-res+ in contact card view)

I see you have just released 5.33... Why didn't you fix the auto-resetting-split-view-bar bug for the NR-series?

I think I could be a little problem, because in Action names 5.22 there isn't a bug with this...

I still use Action Names more than any other program but I can't understand how the split view fix would take so long especially when it worked before:(

It's because we love the program that we get so stressed:)

Why not? This is very VERY irritating!!! :(

I have hundreds of addresses, and on my Palm Vx, sorting them EVERYTIME I look at the grouped list takes 10 seconds or so!

Make re-sorting the contacts an OPTION, and KEEP the sorted list around, so that it doesn't need to sort it EVERY time!

Unless one has a really fast handheld, this re-sorting makes the feature unusable to me, and I could REALLY use it!

Okay, I have been using this software for year now.. I upgrade and pay my money, but what happened to my icons in my month view?? I am back to looking at dashes... In 4.XX and even 5.34 I was able to turn on Action Names/Agendus and see the icon for the day and KNOW what it was I was doing at the end of the month.. (one screen shows the entire month)...

Am I missing something? The screen looks just like the calendar that came with my palm.

I like some of the other features on v 6.. BUT this makes it worthless to me

Hello,

to switch the month view in "icons" mode follow the steps below:

- tap on the "31" button (toolbar) if not selected already
- tap on the "31" again to bring up the view mode menu
- select "icons"

I need a little help myself, I am using the demo version of Agendus 6.0 and loaded some GIF 320x320 images to Palm/Image file on my memory stick, but in the Agendus prefs the image names don't show, they don't seem to exist. Any Ideas??

I have a Palm IIIc, I have some photos on my palm (take with my palmpix.. can I use those for background?? Obviously I do not have memory cards...etc.. kinda sucks if I can't use them....

Upgrade (to 6.01) problem

I just went to download the above 6.01 version but noticed after the install that I still have:

v.6.0 Beta
Jan 14 2003 13:10:27 build 227

on my NR70V. And not only that, the following little problem has reappeared:

...problems with going full screen on my NR70V. When I tap the "down" arrow my V/G area disappears and leaves a white area, and the Agendus bar with "1", "7", "31" etc. stays in position rather than moving to the bottom of the screen.

Nothing changes when I re-install the original 6.0 version. So I have gone from a working version to a screwed up one in one (upgrade?) download... :down:

Any ideas, Messrs. Iambic? TIA

My bad. I had Agendus in RAM when I was trying to upgrade. All is well now. Sorry for the confusion.

I'm using Agendus 8.0 on TT3 without a memory card.
What do I need to do to see jpgs in the photo picker?
do they need to be in a specific folder?

Hi Barracuda,

for the moment you may use gif files transformed in pdbs using the utility present in the agendus zip file.

PalmOne "photo album" pictures are not currently supported.
