Why oh why are icons only displayed when creating an item from Agendus and NOT from Outlook. Seems very odd to me. Please advise.

The Agendus-icon is stored in the note attached to a meeting or a todo.
If you look at an item created with Agendus using the build-in calender on your Palm or in Outlook, you can see the note:
ICON: 256
#AN,
where 256 is the internal number of the current icon.

If you add a note like this to your Outlook-Items you will see icons in Agendus.
You have to do this manually in Outlook, there's no other was.

The icons are an Agendus-specific feature.

Thanks Chris and Vidal for the replies. I was curious because another (competitor) product applies icons for events created outside the Palm program.

I also use Shadowplan, the quintessential long range goal planning tool, I can add the icon info into the note section of shadowplan so when I export todos to Agendus the icon will go along with it.
