Hi there! I will be soon startng my trip around the world, and was wondering whether it is possible to move documents between tinysheet and excel without the need to syncing.
As I will only have access to internet cafe pc, I will nto be able to install hotsync and tinysheet program, but I do have a SMC on my palm (handsrping), and can thus move documents to and from my palm to the pc (that is how I am transfering all my trvale stories whilst on the way...).
Is there any way I can load onto the palm (thru the card) a file that tiny sheet will understand and open? what abotu vice cersa (document created in tiny sheet that can be opened in xls without syncing?)

thanks,

/ck

Hi,

Hmm, may be you can get something by exporting or importing to/from a memo within TinySheet PRC, and then use pilot-link command-line programs (that you most probably can keep on a diskette without the need to install something).
The pilot-link allows to read and write to memos directly on the palm through the "install-memo" and "memos" function.

I hope this helps somewhat,
Jim

BTW: I post as a feature request the possibility to read and write ASCII memos directly as files on the memory card, thank you.
