Previously created templates are missing

THe templates that you created in the previous version (e.g. meetings, tasks, etc.) do not show up if you try to create a new task, meeting or call from a template.

I previously had about 10 - 20 items for each, and nothing shows up when you try to create a new task from template.

Thanks for your post - I just discovered this, too, and will bring it to the attention of the developers. As a help, I'm using Palm Desktop Edition - are you using PDE or Outlook?

I found a way to resolve this issue (at least until programmers can fix).

If you go under the option Agendus, then edit templates, the list of previously created templates is shown.

When you now go back to the new task/meeting/call from template, the previously created templates are shown.

Not sure of the original cause, but this is a quick work-around until the programmers can review.

That works to some extent here in PDE. The list was always showing, but clicking on the template name brought up a blank meeting.

Your suggestion of clicking "edit" now shows the correct icon and time, but the contact, category, and any other information is still blank.

But, it's better than nothing! :D

I'm not getting this behavior in either edition. All my previously created templates were present.

Try a Handheld Overwrites Desktop for Agendus Extras.
