In the previous version, you could drag and drop task items from one day to another. This was a nice way to change the tasks for the week.

In the beta version, you can no longer drag & drop task items to a new day. I do not know if this is a bug, or intentional, but it worked better in the previous version.

We didn't removed any functionality from Agendus, this functionality is still there, if it doesn't works for you it might be a bug. Please be more specific, in which mode drag and drop doesn't works for you.

I get this in the outlook for windows version.

You can not drag and drop tasks in the calendar week view. You can also not do this in the daily view (can drag a task to the day, but can not drag a task already in a day to a new day).
It would b

You can also not drag and drop tasks to a time slot in the day view (listed as a new function (calendar views - first item).

In the 365 day view, you can drag and drop items from the task list on the right to a specific date. (nice update) However, you can not see the current date for the item (not a column listed), so it is more difficult to determine which items should be changed and moved to a new date.

Spence, you are correct. This is not possible in AGW4 at this time. I have reported it.

As a temporary work-around, you can drag 'n drop from the day view.

1. Go to Day View
2. Make sure Tasks are displayed in the right panel
3. Click on GoTo at the top of the day
4. Select a day
5. Drag a task to the Day panel for the selected day

Update: I was mistaken about this issue.

You CAN drag items in the Week View, and Day View. Actually you can drag any "block" items.

You CANNOT drag list items (i.e. Week List View)

Any block views, though (Day or Week), if you click one to select the item (it will be highlighted), then click a second time and hold the mouse button, you can then drag it.

You can not drag and drop tasks in the calendar week view. You have to click the task to highlight it, then click and hold to drag. I cannot drag and drop in the day view either, although that's not where I would want to.

You can also not drag and drop tasks to a time slot in the day view (listed as a new function (calendar views - first item). This is true. As you drag the task there is a "+" indicator showing that it should be available to "drop," but it doesn't work.

Just tried dragging calendar items in Day View, and it works fine.

This is true. As you drag the task there is a "+" indicator showing that it should be available to "drop," but it doesn't work.

Actually it does work, but because of the known delay in AGW OE, you will not immediately see it. If you go to Task View and go select the date where you drug the task, it will be there. Then if you go back to the day view, it will be there.

Just tried dragging calendar items in Day View, and it works fine.I think if you read Spence's words carefully, he is talking about dragging a Task to a time in the calendar, i.e. converting a task to an appointment. If you say that works for you, it doesn't for me (and apparently Spence).

Dragging a task into the day (date in view) in the Day View, does not convert it to a meeting, it changes its due date, but it remains a task.

I use the day view quite extensively in my office. i have found that i can't drag an appointment to another time slot during that day if the appointment is only 15 minutes long. if it is longer - say 60 minutes, i can click and drag it to another time slot. i have the day set at 15 min. intervals.

Not sure which edition you're using, but I'm able to move meetings in the Day View for both editions regardless of the length.
