what happened to my meeting categories?

I installed the Agendus 4.0 For Windows beta and now my most of my meetings
are in the "unfiled" category. I restored version 3.31, and reverted the palm datadirectory to a backup I made before the upgrade. No luck, the meetings are till "unfiled". I did a resync with handheld overrides desktop. No luck.
What can I do to get the meetings on the desktop back to the correct category?

(I seem to remember this happening to be before -- maybe when I did the 3.0 beta?)

I didn't state that I am using the Palm Desktop version of Agendus for Windows.

This is puzzeling in that I would have expected to be able to recover from a backup. I restored the program directory and the data from backups and the categories are still gone. I did resyncs (both "sync" and "handheld overrides desktop") and the categories are OK on the handheld (agendus 8.04 on Clie SJ22) but not the desktop.

The same here, using AGW PDE. As you say, on the handheld device the categories are OK.

However, not all entries are affected (on AGW), only two specific categories.

Here, in PDE, there's even less rhyme or reason - some meetings in a category lost the category and reverted to "unfiled" and some didn't - I don't have the time to go through thousands of meetings to try to see if I can decipher a pattern right now - I don't know if "repeating" meetings are the culprit or not.

Since I've already synched, and guess that many of us have, AGP now shows all the incorrect, unfiled categories for meetings.

I stated in my posts, already tried handheld overwrites desktop for these and the iambic agensus extras too. Had no effect

Can someone say where the desktop keeps this meeting category relationship?
