Old completed tasks in Today Task View

Installation of the Outlook edition went without a hitch :) ; however, I now am looking at 18 old (2005) tasks that are all marked complete, and I do not have show completed tasks checked off in preferences. I haven't tried deleting them (they are no longer relevant), but it's definitely something that needs a closer look.

Are you referring to the Prefs for Today View or for Tasks? There is a specific pref in the Today View prefs for showing Tasks/Calls completed today.

I'm not getting this in Today View. It is only showing Tasks/Calls completed today, which is the designed behavior.

I should have been more explicit; it was in the Today View; however, these were not tasks that were completed today, rather they were tasks that were completed back in April of 2005. I wish I had done a screen shot before I deleted them...sorry. Also, I assume that since they were completed tasks, they didn't fall under the category of past due, either.

I've noticed that for any of the view's where I allow tasks (and completed tasks) to be shown, I end up with the entire task list (or some random portion of it) including completed tasks from weeks ago not just today.

I get the same problem in the outlook edition when I do a fresh install. When I uncheck the "Show Tasks/Calls Completed Today" they go away. When I turned it back on the next day, it showed only stuff completed today.

Of particular note is that this seems to only be the case for completed tasks that are of the type rollover.

Ok, since you mention the rollover issue, you're probably right. However, the rollover issue was fixed in the last beta release (http://support.iambic.com/forum/showthread.php?t=20719). Do you have build 1376 or 1379?
