When adding a new contact and using the Backspace key to remove an incorrect character the Backspace moves you up to the prior window level. It will not remove characters. Doc

A few questions:

1. Using Outlook Edition or Palm Desktop Edition

2. If Outlook, are you using AGW dialogs or Outlook dialogs.

I've tried all scenarios, and cannot reproduce your behavior.

Please answer the questions above and provide EXACT steps for reproduction.

I am using the OutLook Edition. Downloaded yesterday late evening. It upgraded my earleiir version 3.3 (I think it was 3.3 or what ever was most recent prior to the Beta.

AGW Dialogs are in use as the check box for using the Outlook Dialogs is NOT checked.

I have tried the backspace in Calendar, Tasks etc and it always bumps you back one window and minizies the window you were working in.

I cannot make this happen. I'll continue trying. Hopefully someone else can reproduce as well, and will report.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

In the meantime, you may want to try uninstall/reinstall.

1. Go to Control Panel-->Add or Remove Programs
2. Remove Agendus for Windows
3. Restart PC
4. Reinstall
5. Restart again
6. Relaunch AGW
7. Try to reproduce again

Michael,
Today I was prompted by Agendus for the DEMO Code which I entered and all seemed normal. Until I needed to correct a typo in a new Meeting and the backspace moved me up a window. The problem has reappeared!? I am concerned that removing Agendus and reinstalling is a time consuming solution.

I removed Agendus and rebooted then downloaded Agendus and reinstalled. Unlike the first time when it was a cure this time is was not a cure. (This bug seems to like me and does not want to leave.)

My typing needs the backspace key to be distructive!

I installed the latest build 1379 and the backspace problem is gone.
Thanks!
