When a task has roll-over selected and the date is set to "no due date" it keeps "rolling over" to today. Previously, "no due date" took precedence. When I would edit a task with roll-over selected and select "no due date" and click O.K., it would remain with today as the due date, but it would assign an icon to the task.

I also don't seem to be able to remove icons from my tasks.

Ok, I'm a little confused what the real issue is or maybe there's two.

1. Rollover Tasks was not possible in previous versions of Agendus Windows

2. The whole point to having a rollover is that it's ALWAYS due today

3. Regardin the icons, do you have a Vivid Agenda rule applied for a particular text?

Michael,

Regarding rollover, I forgot that it is new to Agendus Windows - I have been using it on my Tungsten and the information was synced. Here's how the situation comes up: I have a task that I want to rollover, but I decide to put it on hold. On the palm I simply need to mark it as "no due date" and I'm done. With Windows I now have to both mark it as "no due date" but also remember to turn off rollover. Not a big problem, but the Palm implementation is a bit better for me.

I think you're right on the Vivid Agenda. I don't use it on my Palm so I didn't even think of it.

Thanks again

I think the solution for both platforms would be that when a Task is set with No Due Date that the Rollover automatically be disabled.

You agree, or not?

I agree with your conclusion. Rollover is illogical with "Undated" tasks. However, completing a task, should complete a task. I have my AG set to log completion dates, so at that time removing a due date would not totally lose audit trail, but at this point its a work-around, but should be fixed.

Michael,

Turning rollover off when "no due date" is selected works for me.

Glad to hear it. We'll wait to see what others think.
