When selecting a different location for the start menu-icons, it is silently ignored.
Palm Desktop showed up under "Programs" instead of the selected location "Programs\Office".
Using build 1376, Agendus for Palm, on WinXP Pro+SP2.
BTW I suppose your bug tracker is not public? Would be easier in some situations...
PS: sorry I forgot to mention the build# in the title, cannot edit that anymore...

Did you upgrade from a previous version?
If so was the previous version installed to your selected folder or the default?

No, it was a clean install.
For some reason, after moving the startmenu folder, the old location still contained an Agendus-folder with only the documentation...

Sorry but I need more clarity here.
1. You moved Palm Desktop (not Agendus for PD) to a different folder?
Please start over and tell me exactly the steps (1, 2, 3 format) you took prior to observing the behavior described.

I am sorry for being unclear,-)

No, I moved the shortcut in the Windows Start menu - I want a clean, tidy and organised start menu (at least *one* place not in chaos,-).

just reproduced, following these steps:
uninstalled old version successfully (verified no artefacts remained)
installed Agendus for Palm Edition
in the setup, I selected a custom Start menu folder ("Office") so the entry read "Office\Agendus"
Setup finished successfully, I chose not to start Agendus.
Looking into my Windows start menu, I found *2* Agendus entries: one in the "Office" folder, and the other in the top level folder ("Programs")

In step 3, take me through exactly the folder navigation after clicking browse that you did. Prior to installation you created a folder at C:-->Documents and Settings-->Programs-->StartMenu named 'Office' Is this correct?

Yes, I have an existing folder in my start menu (however I created that long ago) where I collect all Office-applications.
Now, during installation, I changed the default location to point to "Office\Agendus".
There has to be a bug in the installer-script, somehow it does not seem to respect the custom path in one location in the code, but on the other location it does.

When I installed Agendus for Outlook, the location I chose was, "Start, Programs, Thinking & Writing, Agendus for Outlook". This was created with various items therein. Also was automatically created, "Start, Programs, Agendus for Windows Outlook Edition", containing "Iambic on the Web, Help Resources and Manual". The last two were also in the aforementioned Agendus for Outlook folder, but the "Iambic on the Web" subfolder was not.
Cordially,
