This is a new one, for me anyway...

When I go into contacts and edit an entry, when I click on save and close, the contacts page comes up blank (with the exception of category, which all show unfiled). This has happened twice, and the only way to get my contacts back is to shut down the program and then open it up again...:weird:

Also, if I click on the drop down box that says All, it shows (0) for all categories. :sour:

Off topic, is anyone else having trouble connecting to the server for quotes and day in history? It's been happening off and on all day, since I installed the beta...

Just edited a third contact...same thing happened...I'm sure it will get fixed...soon, I hope.:D

We are aware of some odd disappearance of Contacts when connected to Exchange, but return upon shutdown/restart. Is this the case for you?

Regarding the connecting to the server. Make sure your firewall settings have been set so to allow Agendus access.

I'm not connected to Exchange, as far as I know (actually, how would I know?)

As for the server problems, it's intermittent...right now it's not connecting to the server, but it was earlier in the day...:(

If you're not sure if you're connected to Exchange, then you're probably not.

I've checked my notes and see that this is also happening on local profiles.

Question: Are you using Outlook Dialogs or AGW dialogs?

I'm using the Outlook edition, if that's what you mean...

No.

In the Agendus toolbar, click on Preferences. On the General tab, there is a checkbox for using Outlook dialogs.

Is it checked or uncheked?

Yes, it is checked.

I suspected this was the case. We're aware of this, and have it in our list to fix.

For now, if you will use the Agendus dialogs, vs the Outlook dialogs, you shouldn't experience this behavior.

Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
