Hello,
I am going to try to leave my frustration out of this- whoops, didn't work.

I lost a bunch of data (& billable time = $$) because my hotsynch manager's conduit settings were incorrect. I don't believe that ALL TIME installation instructions have told first time users that ALL TIME requires the "system" conduit settings in Hotsynch Manager 3.1.2h be set up for the "handheld to overwrite the desktop as the default". At least this is what I believe needs to be done.

After hours of trying to isolate what was making my data disappear into space I found that if the conduit settings for "system" were set to "do nothing" or "desktop overwrites handheld" my All Time data was either not being backed up or being overwritten by the desktop, overwritten means erased. I don't know how other hotsynch applications work w/ AllTIme, but w/this one ALL TIME doesn't have it's own conduit and uses the "system" conduit. Who would have ever known.... Did you guys?

I have re-read the Getting Started Guide & the pdf User's Guide and did not find this very important instruction information anywhere. Maybe I missed it, but for me it was VERY crutial info. None of the documentation says anything about conduits or how ALL TIME gets backed up or where or how.
