Adding client from TRT to TS

Most of my clients are first created on my Palm. Is there any way that Time Slip can accept the new clients when synchronizing ?

Unfortunately there is not. You'll need to add a client with the exact same name to Timeslips then hotsync in order for these time entries to be accepted by Timeslips.
