Need urgent Agendus for Nokia E61.
There's no another pim software for this phone in the market and the built-in is very limited.

Not yet. And, as adriano mentioned in the post I have linked above:
They "have not made a final decision yet."
Sorry.
Please write again if you want your money back.

Long time user of Agendus both on the Palm and Windows Mobile OS. It is the best PIM on the market and once you have used it the standard PIM that comes with a device will never do.
Just picked up a Nokia E61 after being a loyel Treo 650 user for a couple of years. Love the device but definitely need to have Agendus for Symbian S60 v3.
Please consider dedicating the resources to getting this version on the market. There are many more users like me that are discovering the E61 and other Symbian devices that will need this application

At the following address it can be seen, that porting an application to the 3rd edition is only a question of repacking with a new ID. What are you waiting for?

... so am I, ready to be a beta tester on my E61 !
I used to have Agendus on my late PocketPC iMate, and by far it was the best PIM software I ever used.

Give up on Symbian port of Agendus?
I suspect as UIQ3 (P990/M600) and S60v3 (E61 etc.) are different UIs then Iambic don't want to waste resources. Symbian has been seen as a European product and not such a big seller in the US.
However the market in the US is growing. I think if Iambic decide to give up on the Symbian OS it will turn out to be a mistake. Symbian have just shipped 100 million phones. Yes there are 3 different UIs but I'm sure that size of market is worth it.
The future of IT is in mobile computing, and there are going to be a lot of Symbian devices whatever happens to Microsoft or Linux.
I think a lot of the problems experienced by European users could have been solved if Iambic had provided some way to capture a trace.
Another solution is if Iambic open source the Symbian port of Agendus.

Hi,
I'd like to chime in with all previous posters - I have been an enthusiastic user of Agendus (Premier, mail SSL, for both Palm and Desktop, including icon packets and everything you could customize, ..... you know, the works) since it first came out.
After so many years, I had to switch to an E66 recently, and it is a bitter pill that I can't use my trusty PIM anymore. What's worse is that I can't sync my smartphone stuff with Agendus desktop anymore.
I was planning on being a faithful iambic customer for as long as I live. Seems like this is the end of an era.
Still no Agendus for S60 out there? Would the UIQ edition work on Symbian S60 devices at all?
Pleeeease, save my day, post some good news, willya?

Hello Jurassic Marc,
... sorry, not the good news you´re waiting for.
(s.a. your thread here (http://support.iambic.com/forum/showthread.php?p=150046#post150046))
But
What's worse is that I can't sync my smartphone stuff with Agendus desktop anymore.
With "Agendus for Symbian S60" you wouldnt be able to sync with "Agendus (Palm)Desktop" anyway. The installed HotsyncManager is needed for this way.
But afaik Symbian (Nokia) is syncing via "PC-Suite" up to Outlook. Here you could use "Agendus for Outlook".
=> ...and this (AGOE) you can use even without havening Agendus on your Symbian-Phone.
So you don´t have to miss "your Agendus" completly... :)
Greetings
Jörg
