Forgive me if this has already been addressed. I am pleased to see some of the functional gaps between Outlook and the Palm being closed. Particularly:
--links
--repeating tasks
--task alarms
--(not categories for the calendar)
I am discouraged that you have not chosen to support them more directly in Outlook. Repeating tasks, for example, you seem to synchronized correctly in Outlook so that they appear as repeating tasks in the Palm and in Outlook.
Links, however, you do not. Calendar items, Tasks, and even Contacts can be linked to one another in Outlook. Rather then take advantage of those functions, you force someone to use a separate desktop application to get at them.
I would like to see:
--links supported directly in Outlook and in the directions (e.g. contact to contact) allowed by Outlook
--categories supported for Calendar items (like DateBK3/4/5)
--longer memo fields and more of the specific field data provided in Outlook
Since you clearly have not recreated the versatility of Outlook (searching and filtering by due dates, etc.), it would be nice if I could use Outlook as my primary tool and you could just provide the Palm side and the conduits to make it all work together.
