I installed and registered YourCall last night. It worked fine. Now today it is not working at all. I have it enabled and all filters off just to make sure. It still does not work. Any help would be great.

I installed YourCall on my Treo 650 (UK Orange) & have never been able to get it to work. When I click on the icon, I get the purchase nag screen & then get to the preferences screen; therefter nothing happens. I have tried making & receiving calls, I have uninstalled & reinstalled the progeam, but nothing happens. Help!

Do you have any other Phone apps or hacks of any kind installed?

I did have call log + installed at some stage, but removed it. I am going to do a hard reset anyway, so will try again.

I also have CallLog + and it hasn't interfered.
A Hard Reset may be a good idea.

No joy, I'm afraid. I can still get to the preferences page, but no into the program. I assume it is supposed to fire up after a phone call, but nothing happens:confused:

Just a trial of Agendus premium after the hard reset. Could it be the Orange software; I understand it has caused problems with other users in the past?

I just tried launching it on an Orange Simulator and it shows perfectly. Of course, since you can't make/receive a call on the simulator, this is with a special build of YC that launches the action dialog instead of the Pref dialog.
We will continue to investigate.

I also had callLog + and thought it would not play nice with yourcall so I deleted it. I had the same problem with yourcall. I simply reinstalled and it worked for me.
My question is why have callLog + and yourcall? Wouldn't that be redundant?
I thought yourcall would create an entry of the call. I just have to figure out how to make it register under the correct contact
I also have CallLog + and it hasn't interfered.
A Hard Reset may be a good idea.

I deleted the YourCall and reloaded it. Same thing, it still won't work. This is strange. When I first loaded it yesterday, it worked fine. Now it does not work. Any other ideas?

Can you try moving (NOT DELETING) your Call Log?
To do this, you'll need a File Manager of some kind.
1. Navigate in RAM and find PhoneCallDB
2. Move it to your memory card
3. Launch YourCall and make sure it's on
4. Place a phone call and hang up

Tried moving Phonecall DB to the card. Did not help. I have deinstalled YouCall and reinstalled and still it is not working.
I really want to use this program as it appears to be a good addition to the iambic line of Treo software.

Also on Orange UK and have not had any luck getting YourCall to kick in when hanging up the phone EXCEPT when another call came in immediately on top of finishing the first one which was to the voicemail service. The usual return to the Orange UK blue "home" screen didn't happen.
Any clues there??

I'm having the same experience on an Orange UK Treo 650 (Software: Treo650-1.20-OUK Firmware:01.71). Never kicks in despite soft/warm/hard resets.

Please try moving the PhoneCallDB from ram to the card (for safe keeping), then launch YourCall once, then make/receive a call and hangup.

Just moved PhoneCallDB from ram to the card, ran YourCall once - no difference after making a number of calls and hanging up.
Any other suggestions?

Deleted YourCall & iambicLicences from RAM. Re-installed through hotsync. Re-entered activation codes. Checked YC enabled. Made a number of calls then hung up. No difference. What else can be done?

Since we do not have a real Orange network device, we are limited to testing it on an Orange Simulator, and it has always worked properly.
We'll try to look into what differences there may be with the Firmware on these devices.

I have just tried v1.01 and still cannot get it to work on my Treo 650. It potentially looks like a really good bit of software, but bot for UK Orange users, it appears! Is there any progress on a resolution?

So guys, when using my Orange Treo 650 YourCall unexpecredly popped up at the end of a call. I further investigated:
. If you dial direct from the phone application, the call log, or the contact application then YourCall does not operate.
. If you create a speed dial 'favorite button' to dial a contact(press any key on the phone page and the favorite app comes up, then select <record> then <Edit Favorites Button> ) I find YourCall pops up at the end of the call
. No incoming calls so far has kicked off YourCall.
Does any one else experience this on Orange?

Thanks for sharing your observations. I am anxious to know this as well. We are aware that YC is failing to show when dialing from the native contacts.
Do any of you Orange users here have Agendus installed? If so, please try dialing from Agendus and report back if YC shows & also for incoming calls.

No, I see nothing by incomming and outgoing calls. I use Agendus Pro since 2004/05 I never saw a special Screen (also with Agendus). Befor and after calling. Do you have a Screenshot how it does look like?:confused:

I see you have Agendus installed, but are you dialing from it?
