Here is my list of feature requests - some of them are from other posts and I will give credit were credit is due...
Pre-Call Notes - Verxion - http://support.iambic.com/forum/showthread.php?t=25242 - Love this idea, a quick blip about the client, perhaps it even stays on the screen for the duration of the call (this might take reworking the "current call" screen?)
Edits to the Post-Call Screen - kp*kp* - http://support.iambic.com/forum/showthread.php?t=25245 - I think this would be nice if we could completely customize it. Like perhaps 8 buttons that I could choose what they did
More Details on and off filter times. I use this alot more for work then personal use, I don't need this feature turned on on the weekends when I am not working
I don't like the dropdown box - if I get a call on the road trying to fumble with a dropdown box in a Jeep (very bumpy) doesn't make for an easy or safe time.
Just my ideas - hopefully one or two of them will see the light of day :D
