I hope with the acquisition of two peaks software that you will put the support forums back on-line. For several months they have been off-line with the twopeaks.com website. There are alot of useful tips/help for their programs that are very beneficial.
I too have had issues that have been unanswered/unresolved with regards to the WM5 devices. Hopefully your company will get those bugs resolved and/or work-arounds posted here for us users to use the software to its full potential.
