You certainly have made a great acquisition. I have known, (worked for short period only) Mel for sometime and I know that he just put the upmost effort into anything that he developed and created. He also had real concerns for the people who used his products to ensure that they had all of the enhancements that were requesetd and he always responded to 'bug' issues.
I am looking forward to seeing his products 'remodelled'

Thanks Xerxers for the kind words of affirmation. We too are excited & look forward to inheriting a new customer base and improving what are already great products for the Windows Mobile platform.
I'll be seeing you around here in the forums more in the future.

Hello,
I have used Billrate for some years now and have found it to be simply the best time-package around. Easy to use, adaptable, reliable etc. I note from your announcements that you are relaunching other products from Two Peaks but there is an ominous silence re Billrate. Please tell me that you will continue to sell and support this fantastic product - not least because I have been pushing it to colleagues in the UK and they are interested!!

Jon,
BillRate is one of the applications we acquired and we do fully intend to sell and support it once it is re-launched. Thanks for your support!

Excellent news (big relief). Do you have a re-launch date because I have 2 colleagues that want to get it now and I am pushing a group purchase for @30 others. A quick relaunch would be much appreciated....

Jon,
We understand and trust me....we're working just as fast as we can to get each application back out on the market but no date is available yet for BillRate. So just keep an eye on your Inbox for each product re-release announcements.

How do we get support for current products such as Personal Vehicle Manager? When I click the link to read how to upgrade my database it does not find a valid page.
Thanks.

Hi dundee,
Until Personal Vehicle Manager is re-released by iambic, it is not possible to upgrade your current application, therefore, please watch for our re-release notice and then proceed to the upgrade page we've provided you.
Thanks for your patience while we prepare each title for re-release.

Will you be releasing a WM5 version of Trip Tracker?

I am so happy to hear that Bill Rate will continue to be developed. I have purchased 3-4 other applications which cost more and offer less functionality and provide a much less enjoyable experience.
Please keep me in the loop as well.
Thanks,
Scott

Hello
Is there any update on the re-launch date for Billrate? After 2years of persuading my 50/so colleagues to purchase windows-mobile kit & get up to date billing sodftware it is maddening that the one I have used for some years is now unavailable.
It has now been a 2m wait to assess & relaunch a product that seemed to work perfectly well.
Sorry to sound stressed but I am !!
Regards
Jon

Hi,
Billrate is not disappeared -- we don't have a set date for its relaunch, but nonetheless it will soon be available again.
Thanks,
- Adriano
