Ok I am having a little problem that every time I go to contact or number exceptions I get a soft-reset. Reported it earlier but heard nothing back

Can you please be more specific?
What version of Agendus are you using?
What do you mean by "number exceptions"?
Can you point us to the post where you described this before (in case this post contains more details)?
What specific steps lead to the reset?

There may be numerous reasons for the behavoiur you're experiencing but unless we get more information we can hardly be helpful.

I apologize

This is on a Cingular Treo 650 with YourCall 1.01 (this also existed in v1)

If I open the application and by default it opens to Preferences. If I select Contact Exceptions or Number Exceptions from the dropdown box, it will soft reset.

I know once upon a time I had turned these two settings off thinking I wouldn't need them but now I do and can't turn them off.

Please use a File Manager of some kind, then navigate RAM on your device and find the IMBC-XDB file and delete it.

Afterward, try the exceptions again.

That fixed the issue

I'm having the same issue on a Verizon Treo650. I deleted the file suggested and everything worked great! Then, I tried adding more contacts to be ignored by calling them and using YourCall to add to the exclusion list. That worked. But, then going back to YourCall through the app itself and trying to use the Contacts or Number Exceptions causes the Treo to soft reset again. I can certainly delete the file again, but that kind of defeats the purpose of maintaining the file..... Advice?
