I download the PVM 3.2 just before the acquistion. Now, I need a license. Please supply soon. The product is a nice product, but unless without a code after the 14 day trial.

  I purchased PVM v1.3 in May 2002 and was sent the serial number to activate the software. I upgraded to v2.01 and the serial number carried over and I didn't need to enter it to use the upgrade. I then downloaded the upgrade to 3.2 but my serial number did not carry over to that version and when I enter the one they sent me when I purchased the product it tells me it is not valid. Does this mean I have to purchase the product again to upgrade? I understood that all upgrades were included with the original purchase.

Hi,
we are a few days away from releasing version 3.3. As far as upgrades, as mentioned elsewhere, the newly released versions will be free of charge to all former TwoPeaks customers.
This doesn't mean that when version 4.0 will come out, it will be free of charge as well. In general our upgrades are free when belonging to the same series (in this case 3.x).
Regards,
- Adriano

adriano,
I think maybe I didn't make myself clear in my original question. I purchased v1.3 for my Jornada in 2002...I later upgraded to v2.01 and my original serial number (registration) carried over without me having to purchase the upgrade but when I downloaded the upgrade v2.5 Desktop Edition it will not accept the original serial number to register the Desktop version. It says the 14 day trial period has expired and I must purchase a license. Is it possible that I did something wrong in the installation or does the upgrade containing the Desktop Edition not come free with the purchase of the product like the 2.01 edition for the handheld did? Does this mean that I have to purchase again to use the upgrade and the Desktop version? Thank you for your help.

Hi,
quick blurb here to let you know we just released version 3.3 -- and no, you won't need to purchase it again.
Since I'm fairly sure we have already your contact info in our systems, expect to receive the new license code and download for version 3.3 within the next 24 hrs.
