Buttons on screen: problem

I see only four buttons on the screen of my Treo 650. I don't see the Create contact and Add to contact, and I don't have this actions in the drop down menu.
So I'm unable to access two basic feature of the software. How to fix this?

I do not understand which function you mean...
perhabs you can point out a screenshot on our homepage in which the featue is visable or you show us in detail where we should find these buttons.

I don't know how to produce a screenshot, but I suggest a simpler way. Look at the YC pdf manual: on page 1 and 2 you have screenshots with four action buttons, on page 3 there are six action buttons (sorry for my rough English), including Create contact and Add to contact.
Well, on my Treo I see four buttons only (Take No Action, View Contact's Card, Send SMS, Call Back), and I don't know how to use, for example, the Add to contact function.

The buttons that appear depend on whether or not the other party (or their number) is in your contacts or not
