I'm noticing that my list of to-do categories displays as the list of categories for memo's and contacts. When looking in Outlook or my Palm my list of categories for each of these apps. is different. Thanks for your help!

That is a limitation of Palm, it supports only 16 categories. And as Outlook supports unlimited count of categories Outlook conduits simply cannot correctly synchronize them.

I don't have have more than 16 categories for any of the 3 applications, but I do have differently defined categories for to-do's, memo's, and contacts. The categories for each of these applications have always synced correctly back and forth between the Palm and Outlook through PocketMirror Pro. Are you sure that Agendus for Windows is looking at the right individual category lists for memo's and contacts? Thanks!

Outlook has only one common category list for all data item types, without differentiation on Memo, To Dos, Contact, or Appointments category. That fact that your conduit correctly synchronizes categories means that they are just transferred from Palm to PC, but not backwards, You cannot create new categories in Outlook and then synchronize them to Palm.
