I need to be able to follow up phone calls from the desktop ,with either a meeting, call or todo (right click?) ( The pda version does this)
When in contacts and sorting on name with (IBM LAST FIRST) the highlighted contact view abscures the name of the contact and if the company name is large it obscures that too
In ( IBM last, first) in contacts, by sorting on name , and then jumping to a letter, a, b, c, etc, it looses its alphbetical sorting
When in day view, with contacts on the side, I have multiple locations with the same name, and would like to have the details displayed by floating over the top to ensure selcting the correct location.
In day view, the todo's don't always sort as per the preference, I sort on date, priority and then contact name and this is out of order.
In the contacts, when sorted by (IBM,Last, First) or ( IBM, First, Last) the name field includes the company, and that just takes up too much room
