View Full Version : Yourcall 1.5 Crash. Please help..

When I click on NUMBER EXCEPTIONS in version 1.5 my Treo 650 SOFT-RESETS itself. this was not happening in the old version. Is there any way to fix this??

I just entered mine without issue.

Which carrier are you using and what other software might you have installed?

Its a sprint treo 650. I have a whole slew of software running on it. That is the only part of the program that crashes. On the last version it worked fine. is there a database file that holds that info I can delete? Maybe that is the issue.

I'd suggest you unistall the program, hot sync twice to reset the Palm Preferences then install a clean copy and advise.
