Down arrow broke

In the pop-up windows (like for a meeting) the down arrows do not work correctly. E.g: If I move to time-seconds and click slow (one every 1-second) it moves correctly, but if I click fast it only move ever 3-6 clicks. I have build 337, Windows-ME, Logitech mouse, Sync to Palm using 4.0.

I too have noticed this, it seems like it is not refreshing fast enough, if you click it too quickly it doesn't register the second or even the third click. I thought maybe it was by design but it does seem a little goofy.
