Access Denied on Yourcall for Palm OS

I just purchased the YourCall for Palm OS. I saved the downloaded file to my desktop. When I click yourcall_ota_en.prc , I got this message "Access is Denied". Can you help me ?:)

So this is happening on your PC, right? If yes, then open the Palm QuickInstall tool and try dragging the .prc into it.
