How to register on the web...

I've purchased Agendus for Windows, and have been reminded to register the product through the MyIambic account area. The problem is, the web-based registration requires both the unlock code and the DeviceID. I know how to get the DeviceID for applications on my palm device, but not for any Windows-based programs such as Agendus for Windows.

Any thoughts on what number I'm supposed to enter in this field? It won't let me register without it, and it won't accept the DeviceID for my Agendus on the palm.

I apologize for this inconvenience.

Actually your copy of Agendus for Windows is already registered with us. By placing an order via www.iambicstore.com or via our online partners the user account and product registration information are automatically acquired.

The message you received is supposed to be sent as reminder to our PalmOS customers, in case they don't complete the registration process (i.e. obtain the unlock code) within 5 days from the purchase date.

Agendus for Windows does not require an unlock code, and the message you received has been sent by error.

The issue is now addressed.
