I recently purchased the New Call 1.5. All features seemed to work, however, today. I tried to place a new call and it reverts to task. The reason why I didn't say New Task,is because the task that comes up is a old completed task. I have tried this several times, with a reset and a reinstall. The same issue occurs. When I go to past calls, tap on the contact and go to the New Call, I get my old task appearing. When I type on New Task, I get the same issue.
Can you generate this issue anyone?

I'm not able to reproduce this. Do you have simply 1.5 or 1.51 (build 21)? Please uninstall, soft reset, hotsync once, then reinstall 1.51.
Thanks.

I have v1.5 I will do as you say and give you the results. By the way, my task folder is filled with YourCall details.
All of the information generated in YourCall, copies over to a new task. I will have the person's name listed as the task, then all of the details follow.

Ok, I installed v1.51 and I got the same issue.
I did a little testing, and it appears, each time I request a New Call from the call log, I am prompted to the task list, however, if I complete it (which I never did) then I do indeed have a call set up. The information from the call does carry over as well.
I then generated a task from the call log, and was still prompted to the task list, but upon completion , a task was created.
All of my tasks and calls are housed underneath the task program, so that explains why I go to the task program whether I am creating a New Task or New Call.
thanks for your help

A "Call" is basically a task that needs to get done, and that is why it will appear in the task list. When you look at the "Today" screen it will show up in the "Calls" section, however, when you move to one of the daily views or the task list, the call will appear as a task.
