Why is not compatible with WM2003

I did try to install in Windos Mobile 2003, in fact the install was successful but the program does not work in this version... most of the times when I try to install a program in my pocket pc who is not compatible, ActiveSync show me a message informing that program is not compatible with the OS version of my device.

Please... Agendus for Windows Mobile should be compatible with all platafoms!!! :cry:
