When you have a contact with a complete, legitimate address, the mapping provider set by you at Preferences->Programs will launch Pocket IE and show a map for the address of the given contact.

Is there any way of adding offline Map programs to the list? Mapopolis is one that comes to mind... it is difficult for me (and other users I would imagine) to always have an internet handy to use the map or directions feature.

yes, we are going to add support for Mapopolis for Windows Mobile as well, similar to what we have on the palm.
